摘要
研究了天然高分子吸附剂 壳聚糖对Cu2 + 、Zn2 + 、Co2 + 、Ni2 + 、Pb2 + 和Cd2 + 6种离子的吸附行为以及在不同pH值、干扰离子存在时对壳聚糖吸附 6种离子的影响 ,建立了壳聚糖柱同时分离六种离子 ,火焰原子吸收法测定含量的分析方法 ,并应用于自来水和电镀废水中 6种金属离子分离和测定。
A rapid and less cost method for the determination of Cu 2+, Zn 2+, Co 2+, Ni 2+, Pb 2+ and Cd 2+ by chitosan separation combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed. It was based on the adsorption which occurred through a chelating reaction between metal ions and NH_2 on the surface of chitosan in pH=5.0 medium. Then the metal ions were eluted by 1 mol/L H_2SO_4 with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The method has been applied to the determination of these ions in natural water samples and waste water samples with the recovery of 91.6%~108.3%.
