摘要 建立了o 烯丙基苯酚、p/o 丁酰基苯酚在番茄中残留量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。样品前处理过程简便 ,方法准确可靠 ,灵敏度和准确度达到了农药残留检测的要求。o 烯丙基苯酚、p/o 丁酰基苯酚在番茄中的最低检测浓度为 0 .0 1mg/kg ;方法的添加回收率 (0 .0 5~ 1.0 0mg/kg)在 87.7%~ 95 .1%之间。 The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographiy method is described for the determination of residues of o-allylphenol and p/o-butanoylphenol in tomato. The lowest detectable level of the compounds in tomato is 0.01 mg/kg, with recoveries of the analyses (spiked levels:0.05~1.00 mk/kg) ranging from 87.7% to 95.1%. The method proposed is simple, fast, accurate and applicable.
