摘要
从刺楸Kalopanaxseptemlobus (Thunb .)Koidz .树皮乙醇提取物中分离得到一种七糖三萜皂苷 (1) ,其分子结构经化学方法和波谱分析 (IR ,ESI MS ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,1H 1HCOSY ,1H 1HTOCSY ,HMQC ,HMBC)鉴定为 3 O β D 吡喃木糖 (1→ 4 ) β D 吡喃木糖 (1→ 3) α L 吡喃鼠李糖 (1→ 2 ) α L 吡喃阿拉伯糖常春藤皂苷配基 2 8 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖 (1→ 4 ) β D 吡喃葡萄糖 (1→ 6 ) β D 吡喃葡萄糖酯苷 ,命名为刺楸皂苷Ⅰ (septemlosideⅠ )。
The ethanolic extract of the bark of Kalopanax septemlobus (Thunb.) Koidz. isolated a triterpenic heptaglycoside (1), the structure of which was characterized by chemical and spectral means (infrared (IR), electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) H-1 nuclearomagnetic resonance (NMR), C-13 NMR, H-1-H-1 correlatim spectroscopy (COSY) H-1-H-1 total correlation spectroscopy (TOCSY) heteronuclear multiple quantum correlation (HMQC) heteronuclear multiplebond correlation (HMBC)) as 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhanmopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, namely septemloside I.
