摘要
介绍了第三代流动注射分析 “阀上实验室 (Lab on Valve ,LOV)”分析系统 ,综述了其在生化分析及微型化样品在线预处理技术中的最新应用 ,包括阀内免疫分析和生物化学反应的实时分子光谱检测、阀内微珠注射 (beadinjection ,BI)及微珠载液的流控、阀内可更新表面微型填充柱固相萃取分离富集技术与电热原子吸收光谱 (ETAAS)及诱导耦合等离子体质谱 (ICPMS)的联用等。还展望了“阀上实验室”技术的应用前景 ,并提出了介观流控分析系统的概念。
In. the present mini-review, the state-of-the-art of the third generation of flow injection analysis, termed as sequential injection Lab-on-Valve (SI-LOV) concept was depicted. A brief outline for the latest applications of the SI-LOV systems in biochemical analysis as well as miniaturized on-line sample pretreatment was presented, including in-valve immunoassay and real time spectroscopic monitoring of bio-chemical reactions, in-valve bead injection (BI) and microcarrier beads handling/control, in-valve solid phase extraction separation and preconcentration coupled to electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) by using a renewable surface microcolumn protocol. Future perspectives of the SI-LOV approach as a front end to various analytical protocols are discussed. Finally, a new concept of Mesofluidic Analytical System was proposed.
