摘要
采用日本三菱JM—E31型破碎混合器,通过对植物材料在适当溶剂中充分破碎达到提取目的。经对六种植物材料进行提取试验,并与回流提取法进行比较,结果表明,该法具有显著优点,可以达到快速、充分的目的,同时避免了加热,从而可以节约大量的时间、溶剂和能源。
This method is achieved by smashing the plant materials fully in the proper solvent using Mitsubishi JM-E31 mixer. By extracting six plant materials and as compared with the reflux extractive method, the experimantal result shows that it has many remarkable advantages, i.e faster full and can avoid heating. so it can save much time. solvent and energy.
