摘要
随着网络信息时代的到来,传统的读者服务工作已不能适应新形势发展的要求,高校图书馆读者服务工作必须从服务理念、服务内容、服务手段和服务模式等方面进行全方位的创新,才能更好地满足读者的信息需求。
Along with the arrival of the network information times, the traditional reader service can't be suitable to the requirements of the development of the new situation, and the reader service of university library must make all-round innovation from service conception, service contents, service means and service mode for the purpose of meeting the needs of the readers for the information.
