摘要 经组织化学鉴定,ACPase和AKPase主要分布于近曲小管的曲部,而直部则反应弱或无反应。ACPase还存在于肾小球中;AKPase阳性颗粒还出现在髓袢升支胞质内。NSEase以近曲小管反应最强,集合管反应较弱,阳性细胞和阴性细胞呈镶嵌状。整段近曲小管上皮细胞刷状缘PAS反应明显,阳性颗粒为中性粘液物质;远曲小管及致密斑含有少量酸性粘液物质;而集合管则含有较多的酸性粘液物质。 AKPase and ACPase activity was demonstrated in the cells of the convoluted parts of PCT, and the rectal parts of PCT contained little or no enzymes. AKPase activity presented in ascendant ramus of medullary,and ACPase in glomerulus. PCT showed distinct NSEase activity. In the major part of collecting tubules,a masaic of cells were found,showing NSEase activity. The brush border of PCT was clearly demonstrated by PAS reaction. It was uniformly reaction throughout the length of PCT and clarified as neutral mucopolysaccharide. A small amount of acid mucopolysaccharide presented in MD and DCT,a larger amount was in the cumina of collecting tubulse.
