Accelerating the Development of Ecological Animal Husbandry and Constructing Green Shanxi

为加快生态环境建设,结合建设绿色山西的实际,从以下方面提出了山西大力发展生态畜牧业应注重的问题:明确土地资源权属以调动和保护发展生态畜牧业的积极性,大力发展设施养殖业以促进生态畜牧业发展,加大退耕还林(草)力度以营造畜牧业生产的安全环境,加强水利建设,积极推进畜牧业产业化经营,加大对生态畜牧业的领导和支持。

In order to accelerate the development of ecological environment, an d connecting with the reality of constructing green Shanxi, this paper puts forw ard some problems needing attention in developing Shanxi's ecological animal hus bandry: making clear the jurisdiction of the land resources for arousing and pro tecting the enthusiasm of developing the ecological animal husbandry, developing the installation livestock breeding for accelerating the development of the eco logical animal husbandry, strengthening the activity of retuning the grain plots to the forestry (grassland) for building the safety environment for the product ion of the animal husbandry, strengthening the hydraulic engineering constructio n , promoting actively the industrialized operation of the ecological animal hus bandry, and strengthening the leadership and support for the ecological animal h usbandry.
