摘要
归纳了目前我国基础设施项目建设管理的方式,分析了其存在的问题,介绍了国际上较先进的合作伙伴型、CM型和EPC型3种项目建设管理方式,以供我国在不同类型的基础设施项目建设时选用。
This paper sums up the current construction and managing modes of in our country, analyzes existing problems, introduces three advanced managing mod es of projects construction abroad that are the partnering mode, CM(fast-track -construction management)mode, ECP(engineering,procurement and construction )mode so as to selection and use in the construction of the infrastructure proj ects in our country.
