就业是民生之本。当前,我国的就业问题已经成为带有全局性影响的重大经济、政治问题,也是一个关乎国计民生的重大社会问题。就业对人类的生存和发展,对维护社会稳定和促进国家强盛都具有重大的意义,促进就业体现了社会主义以人为本的科学发展观,这是马克思主义与时俱进的唯物史观。

The employment is the foundation to people's life .At present, the e mployment problem has become the important economic and political problem which has great effect on the overall situation and also is an important social proble m related to the national economy and people's livelihood. And the employment is of great importance on the human being's existence and development, and is of g reat significance on maintaining the stability of the society and stimulating th e nation's prosperity. Promoting employment externalizes the socialist people-b ased scientific development viewpoint. This is Marxist historical materialism, w hich advances with the time.
