摘要
在小麦灌浆期喷洒不同种类的植物生长调节剂均能增强细胞超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性,减少细胞膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)积累,减缓叶绿素和蛋白质降解,使旗叶衰老延缓,千粒重增加。但种类不同,作用时间、方式和部位不同,增产效果表现出很大差异。本试验结果表明,花后10d和25d喷洒6—基氨基嘌吟(6—BA)和表油菜素内酯(BR)子粒增重效果较好,花后20d喷洒助壮素(Pix)、多效唑(PP_(333))和三唑酮增产较显著,而萘已酸(NAA)在花后的10d、20d、25d叶面喷洒处理子粒增重效果均不显著。
Spraying growth regulators on Wheat Leaves was beneficial to increase seed-weight because of the increase in activity of superoxide dismutase, the decline in the level of lipid superoxide of cell, and the mitigation of decomposition of chlorophyll and protein of leaves. The effect on increasing yield changed with the varieties of growth regulators the time of spraying. According to the present experiment, it was better to spray BR and 6-BA on the10th day, Pix, PP_(333) and Triadimefon on the 20th day,and 6-BA and BR on the 25th day after florescence.
