This paper briefly introduces the developing situation and existin g problems of domestic and foreign E-government administration, analyzes the prom oting effect of E-government administration on the transformation of the govern mental function, and puts forward some countermeasures for speeding up the const ruction of E-government administration, the first is to make clear the guiding thought and targets and tasks of the construction of E-government administratio n, the second is to transform the governmental function to create conditions for the development of E-government administration, and the third is to take into consideration the concrete measures for carrying out E-government administratio n.
