阐述了我国企业发展跨国经营的必要性及我国海外投资和跨国经营的现状,分析了我国企业跨国经营的内部条件与环境以及新形势下我国企业跨国经营的若干重大战略选择,最后提出了我国企业跨国经营发展的建议。

This paper expounds the necessity of Chinese enterprises' developi ng the transnational operation and the present situation of our country's overseas investment and transnational operation, analyzes the internal conditions and en vironment of our country's transnational operation and some important strategic selections of Chinese enterprises' transnational operation, and puts forward som e suggestions for the development of Chinese enterprises' transnational operatio n.
