摘要
根据目前企业人力资源管理的现状,就企业人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。阐述了企业必须具有独特的人力资源管理模式,企业的人力资源管理体系必须有效地支持企业的整体发展战略、发展目标,提出了企业人力资源管理必须建立健全培训制度和激励机制,实现对员工个性化、现代化、本土化培训。
According to the present situation of enterprise's human resources m anagement, this paper makes analysis and exploration of the problems existing in enterprise's human resources management, expounds that the enterprise must poss ess special human resources management model, enterprise's human resources manag ement system must provide effective support for the whole developing strategy an d developing target of the enterprise, and puts forward that enterprise's human resources management must establish and perfect the training system and excitati on mechanism to realize the individualized, modernized and localized training fo r the personnel.
