灰土挤密桩地基处理

The Foundation Treatment with Lime-soil Compaction Pile

摘要 针对工程地质条件差,地基土平面分布不均匀,并且具有湿陷性的建筑场区,结合实际情况,采用灰土挤密桩处理地基,对其材料的配比、基底标高的控制、处理范围、处理深度、施工质量控制标准进行了设计。经处理后的复合地基经静载荷试验测定,其承载力特征值达到140kPa,并且消除了地基土的湿陷性,满足设计要求。 For the construction field with poorer engineering geological cond it ions, inhomogeneous foundation soil's level distribution and collapsibility, sho uld adopt the lime-soil compaction pile to treat the foundation connecting with the actual situation. This paper makes design for the mixture ratio of the mate rials, the control of the height mark of the foundation bed, the scope of the tr eatment, the depth of the treatment, and the standards of the construction quali ty control, etc., and the static load test shows that the bearing capacity of th e compound foundation can reach 140 kPa, the collapsibility can be eliminated, a nd the requirements of the design can be satisfied.
