摘要
用科学方法进行名牌的认定与评价 ,有利于调动企业的积极性 ,促进产品质量的提高 ,推动经济发展。构建了名牌评价的指标体系 ,建立了模糊综合评价数学模型 ,提出了名牌的认定与评价必须实行由政府直接组织专家单方面进行改变为由专家和消费者相结合的方式进行 ,两者有机融合 ,有所侧重 ,相互补充 ,并运用模糊数学综合评价的方法进行数据处理 ,定性与定量相结合 ,从而得出一个比较客观、公正。
Carrying out the cognizance and evaluation of famous brands with scientific methods is necessary for mobilizing the company's positive factors, improving the quality of products and pushing the economy's development. This research constructs an index system of famous brand evaluation. It constructs a mathematical model and methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It suggests that the cognizance and evaluation of famous brands be carried out by both experts and consumers instead of depending on experts only. The two parties should be combined well with their own focuses and advantages. It also suggests that data be handled by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and integrating the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis so that a conclusion , which is relatively objective, fair, comprehensive and in accordance with the facts ,can be drawn.
