实验表明,速效反刍散对小鼠在体肠管、家兔离体肠段和山羊瘤胃运动有明显促进和强烈加强作用,以1g/kg体重剂量为佳。用于治疗耕牛虚寒型和湿热型前胃弛缓,治愈率分别为95.3%和65.8%,比对照提高14.6%和21.2%,疗效较显著。且能使59.2%的病例于1～3～6h内出现或恢复反刍。
