权力机关对司法的监督既是法定的职责,也有利于保证公正司法。但在实践中,不规范的个案监督却难以保障权力机关监督权的有效行使,影响着司法公正价值的顺利实现。因此,应对个案监督机制进行改革,从而完善我国权力机关的监督制度,确保司法公正。

The judicial candidness supervision of the state power organs is the legal duty and the guarantee of judicial candidness.But in practice,the irregular individual case supervison is difficult to guarantee the power (organs) to exercise their power,thus affecting the smooth realization of judicial candidness value.Therefore,we must reform the supervision system and perfect our supervision system,and ensure judicial candidness.
