从历史回顾和国际风云变幻等方面看,执政机遇问题已成为21世纪初中国共产党建设中的一个突出问题。从国际和国内两方面分析,21世纪头20年对中共执政来说,是一个必须紧紧抓住并且可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期。以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,加强学习,深入把握社会发展的三大规律,增强抓住执政机遇的自觉性和主动性;把握大局,牢记执政要务加快中国发展,找准抓住执政机遇的着力点;抓住关键,以提高执政能力为重点全面推进党的自身建设,为抓住执政机遇提供坚强的组织保证;放眼世界,积极借鉴世界上其他政党和国家有益的执政经验。

According to historical recall and international change,the opportunities of CPC in power in the early 21st century are very important to the CPC in power.It should grasp all opportunities to speed up economic (construction.)Under the guidance of the 'Three Represents',it should first gear its focus on the three laws of social development,paying enough attention to self consciousness and initiative.Then,it should focus on the acceleration of China's development.Thirdly,it should put forward its own construction,providing a guarantee of strong (organization.)In a word,it should take the lessons of other political parties and countries,perfecting its power.
