On the Inspection and Control System of Teaching Quality and Its Construction Under the Popularization of Higher Education

教学工作是高校工作的中心 ,其他一切工作必须为教学工作服务。而教学活动是由诸要素构成的师生互动活动 ,其质量的生成必定关涉高校的诸多方面和许多要素。因此确保教学质量 ,弄清影响教学质量的因子 ,构建科学可行的教学质量监控系统 ,既是高等教育客观现实的需要 。

Teaching is the center of higher learning institutions and all other work has to serve it. Since teaching is a teacher-student cooperating activity consisted of various ingredients, its quality is closely associated with many aspects and ingredients. Therefore to ensure teaching quality and find out what influence it and construct scientific and practical inspection and control system of teaching quality is not only an objective need of higher education but a basic work to push forward the popularization of higher education.
