摘要
阐述了在复杂的自然和社会环境下,以及受建筑工程项目本身的不确定性因素的影响,使建筑工程时常面临各种危机,通过对危机描述、分析,建立了适当的危机管理模式,提出了有效的危机管理方法.
Because of lots of uncertain factors in complicated social and natural environment,construction projects are faced with multifarious crisis,so appropriate patterns of crisis management in construction projects are erected based on description and analysis of the crisis,and the effective method of crisis management is presented.
