森林火灾控制能力的综合评价及其应用

The Appraisal System on the Controlling Capacity of Forest Fire and Its Application

根据森林火灾控制系统的特点,用层次分析法建立综合评价模型,并对河南省几个林场的防火能力进行综合评价,为森林火灾的科学控制提供了依据。

A multifactorial appraisal is developed for the controlling capacity of forest fire. The appraisal criteria are judged according to the main characteristics of the forest fire controlling system. In addition, the forest fire controlling capacity of Henan Province by means of this system are used as an example. The results shows that this system is good in flexibicity and accuracy and supplies a basis for controlling forest fire scientifically.
