摘要
根据理想弹塑性线性强化模型,通过不同工艺处理后试片的电子拉伸曲线塑性段的分析,探索了钢质整体引伸药筒制造中吕德斯带的形成条件,经采取滚压、喷砂工艺,解决了该问题。
According to the model based on ideal elastic-plastic strengthened linear, by analysing the plastic portion of electric tensile curves for pieces processed with different technology, and the factor and condition formed Luders slips were studied. The methods such as rolling and abrasive blasting were presented to solve problem of formed Luders slips in manufacturing and abrasive blasting process of the steel whole drawing cartridge.
