摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方替硝唑可溶性粉中替硝唑与盐酸环丙沙星的含量。采用KromasilC18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%三乙胺(用磷酸调节pH值至2.7),检测波长为296nm。在该色谱条件下,盐酸环丙沙星浓度在2～40μg/mL范围内,线性方程为y1=49292.4x1+2727.3,r=0.9999;替硝唑浓度在2～40μg/mL范围内,线性方程为y2=27169.3x2+7035.2,r=0.9999。盐酸环丙沙星和替硝唑的平均回收率分别为100.9%(RSD=1.37%)和100.3%(RSD=1.19%)。该方法具有快速灵敏、准确实用、重现性好等特点。
A method for determining ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and tinidazole in a compound tinidazole soluble powder by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was described. The sample was separated on a C(18) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%TEA(adjust pH to 2.7). The detection wavelength was 296 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2～40 μg/mL for ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(r=0.999 9). A good linearity was also obtained in the concentration range of 2～40 μg/mL(r=0.999 9)for tinidazole. The average recoveries were 100.9%(RSD=1.37%)for ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and 100.3%(RSD=1.19%)for tinidazole,respectively. The analytical results showed that the method was simple, quick, and well reproducible, which could be used as a reliable method for the quality control of the preparation.
