报道了一种半导体二极管 (LD)抽运Nd∶Gd1-xYxVO4 晶体 ,采用简单、结构紧凑的平 平腔设计 ,实现了 1.0 6 μm连续波激光输出 ,在 8W的注入功率下 ,获得 3.2 5W的 1.0 6 μm连续波激光输出 ,光 光转换效率为 4 1% ,斜效率为 4 5 % KTP腔内倍频实现了稳定的连续波 5 32nm绿光激光运转 ,当注入功率为 8W时 ,单向获得了 6 2
A diode-pumped Nd∶Gd 1-xY xVO 4 continuous wave laser with the wavelength of 1.06 μm is reported. A very simple, compact flat-flat cavity was used. 3.25 W of output power at 1.06 μm was achieved at incident pump power of 8 W. The corresponding optical conversion efficiency of 41% and the average slop efficiency of 45% was obtained. The intracavity second harmonic generation (SHG) with an KTP crystal into the green spectral range at 532 nm were studied. 621 mW of single-ended cw green operation was obtained at 8 W of incident pump power.
