摘要
在研究电力市场和主动网络技术的基础上,指出将主动网络技术应用于电力市场可以为其提供一种高效、灵活的通信机制;进而分析了电力交易和电力通信网的特点,并提出了基于主动网络技术的电力交易模型和电力通信网网络管理模型,这种新模型可以较好地解决传统模型存在的问题。
It is pointed out that active networks can provide a high-performance and flexible communication mechanism for power markets. Furthermore, the characteristics of power exchange and power telecommunication network are analyzed; based on active networks, a power exchange model and a power telecommunication network management model are proposed, these new models can remedy the drawback of the traditional model.
