摘要
探讨人才资源管理危机预警系统涉及的预警分析和预控对策两大主要内容,结合当前评价国际人才高地的主要标准,归纳人才资源管理危机预警的评价指标体系,并运用多级模糊综合评判模型进行评判。以期借助本预警系统对当前人才资源管理现状有较为科学的评价。
A forewarning system of talented human resource management(FSTHRM) can help us to find out the problems of the talented human resource management in time and to establish the correlated policy. The main content of FSTHRM is forewarning analysis and countermeasure. The evaluation index system of FSTHRM is given out in this paper. It involves talented human development, construction, flowage and diathesis. The way to evaluate these indexes by multilevel multiple goals decision-making is discussed as well.
