“为”教育而活还是“靠”教育而活市场经济与教师职业道德探析

摘要 社会主义市场经济的建立给教师职业道德建设,提供了越来越多的有利条件,同时也带来了不少负面影响。“为”教育而活和“靠”教育而活两种对立的教师职业观的出现,呼唤与时俱进地加强教师的职业道德教育。必须营造良好的客观经济环境、引入优胜劣汰竞争机制、加强管理培训、强化职业评价和监督机制、做好人生与金钱关系的正确导向,才能牢固确立“为”教育而活的正确教师职业观念的不可动摇的地位。 The establishment of the socialist market economy has provided more favorable conditions for teachers to improve their professional ethics.But at the same time,it has caused a series of negative effects in this connection.The emergence of both opposite viewpoints of teachers' profession calls for more efforts at intensifying education in teachers' professional ethics.It is essential to create a sound economic environment,to establish a competitive mechanism characterized by the good prevailing over the bad,to strengthen management and training,to better the professional evaluation and supervision mechanism,and to give teachers correct guidance in handling the relation between life and money.Only by doing so,is it possible for the teachers to firmly implant in mind the correct viewpoint of profession,that is,living for education.
