摘要
领导既指领导人、领导集团,又指领导过程。领导是紧缺资源,是现代社会国家之间、组织之间竞争的主体和决定性因素。领导的影响力与领导者的人格力量密切相关,而领导者的人格力量又靠领导者良好人格的自我表现支持。成功领导的关键在于能够把握领导和管理的区别与联系;因此,对领导者的素质要求既有基本的方面,又有特殊的方面。在干部年轻化的时代潮流下,年轻干部应注重领导影响力和领导素质的培养,塑造年轻、成熟、有为的合一。
Leadership is a kind of badly-needed resources,and it is the main body and decisive factor in competition among countries and among organizations in modern society.The influence of leadership is closely related to the power of a leader's character,but the latter depends on the support of the self-expression of the leader's good character.And the key to successful leadership lies in putting the difference and connexion between leadership and management in the right perspective.So,to meet the demand for fostering a contingent of more revolutionary,younger,better educated and professionallymore competent cadres,young cadres should pay ample attention to the cultivation of their leadership influence and leadership quality so as to make themselves young,ripe and promising.
