社会转型加速期的大学生社会化教育

Education in University Students' Socialization at the Stage of the Acceleration of Social Transition

中国目前正处于社会转型的加速期,“阵痛性”的社会失范在所难免,但“阵痛性”的适应成本必须降低,时间必须缩短,尤其对于能推动社会转型早日完成的宝贵人力资源———大学生群体,其社会转型加速期的社会化教育问题须予以高度重视。必须依照社会转型加速期的规律性要求,坚持把政治社会化教育放在首位;突出个性社会化教育,培养创新人才;为健康人格的形成加强心理社会化教育;结合专业特点大力开展角色社会化教育。

At present,China is at the stage of the acceleration of social transition.At this historical stage,we must place strong emphasis on education in university students' socialization.Specifically,the education should be centred on four aspects.First,it is necessary to persist in giving first priority to political socialization education.Second,it is imperative to stress personality socialization education.Third,it is essential to strengthen psychological socialization education.Fourth,it is important to carry out role socialization education.
