大学生社会化过程问题研究

A Study of the Process of University Students' Socialization

大学生社会化过程问题,理论形态分析为社会化自身过程产生,具有普遍性的全体大学生面临的问题;现实形态分析为只具特殊性的不同大学生主体处理自身社会化发展问题;社会学视角则综合成大学生处理自身社会化发展问题对社会的影响作用。大学生社会化过程问题的内在根源,指大学生发展(即社会化)试图真正参与并能支配社会发展,因为这往往被解读为“反叛”;而外在根源,则指大学生与社会强势群体的关系与矛盾,因为社会强势群体易造成大学生心理矛盾,并力图包办设定人生道路。解决问题的关键在于,要正确处理观念社会化与角色社会化、社会与大学生的矛盾、社会化工具性与人本性这三组辩证关系。

University students' socialization is the specified process of the growth and development of university students.The present article discusses this process of university students' socialization from the perspective of theory,practice and sociology.In the meantime,it analyzes the problems arising in this process and their internal and external causes.And on this basis,it suggests that we put people above all else,and have a dialectical and comprehensive mastery of university students' socialization process.
