中等技校教育质量提高的先进观念优先问题

Some Observations on the Priority of Advanced Concepts of Improving Educational Quality in the Secondary Technical School

先进观念优先问题绝不是唯意志论,因为先进观念是已被实践检验正确或正在被实践检验为基本正确、但需要完善的理念。在市场经济职业技术教育竞争激烈复杂的新态势下,中等技校教育质量提高的实践,必然存在并要解决先进观念优先的问题,包括:育人为本的观念优先;学生德智体全面发展与开拓创新能力培养同等注重的观念优先;教育创造过程的观念优先。

Given the new conditions of the socialist market economy,teachers of the secondary technical school should give first priority to the cultivation of three advanced concepts:(1)the concept of putting people above all else;(2)the concept of laying equal stress on the moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development of the students as well as the fostering of their pioneering and innovation capability;(3)the concept of education being a creative process.This will help to improve educational quality,and do a good job of education.
