心理健康教育 ,是优化大学生心理素质 ,促进大学生成才的重要途径。心理健康教育是学校的系统工程。是一种教育理念 ,是学校教育的核心。
The education of psychological health can optimize the students' mental quality and does good to their success. The education of psychological health is a kind of educational idea which should be accepted as the core of school education.
