摘要
本文论述了在网络环境下信息资源的组织、开发、利用 ,以及如何为科研工作服务等问题。
In the paper,t he organizing,exploring and utilizing of Information resources under the circumsta nce of internet are discussed.In the mean time,the questions of how to use the i nformation resources serving the scientific research are analyzed.
