芬太尼复合异丙酚、异氟醚麻醉在心内直视手术中的应用

摘要 目的:研究芬太尼复合异丙酚、异氟醚快通道麻醉在心内直视手术中的应用。方法:择期心脏手术21例,随机分成单纯芬太尼组和芬太尼复合组;Ⅰ组术中以芬太尼(48.7±13.6μɡ·kg-1)和氟哌利多维持;Ⅱ组吸入异氟醚,泵注异丙酚维持,并分次静脉注射芬太尼(总量在10μɡ·kg-1内)。结果:两组比较对血流动力学的抑制复合组高于单纯芬太尼组。结论:芬太尼复合吸入异氟醚和泵注异丙酚,可理想地用于快通道手术中的麻醉管理。 Objective To study the influence in blood streaming movement and postoperative recovery by the swif induction of anesthesia of fentanyl-propofol-iseflurane in cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods Twenty-one patients,scheduled for operation on heart were divided into two groups:fentanyl groupand and fentanyl-propofol-isoflurane group.During surgery,in groupⅠpatients maintenanced by fentanyl and droperidol.The total amount of fentanyl was(48.7±13.6 ug·kg-1).Patients in group Ⅱrecived a previous aspiration ofisoflurane,maintenanced by continuous administration bolus of propofol and received a intermittent blous sf fentanyl(total amount was 10ug·kg-1).Result The anti-effects in hemodynamics was more obvious in groupⅡthan that in groupⅠ. Conclusion Because of its rapid recupenation and hemodynamics effects,the method of fentanyl compound aspiration of isoflurane and pumping-propofol may be used in the management of the swif induction of anesthesia.
