目的:探讨腹部手术切口裂开的原因及防治。方法:注意缝合技术和增加组织抗张力的程度,降低腹压,避免危险因素和对危险因素的围手术期处理。结果:有效地预防了腹部手术的切口裂开。结论:减少腹部手术的切口裂开,能进一步提高手术的成功率和降低手术病死率。

Objective To discuss the cause of dehiscence of abdominal incisions and its prevention and treatment. Methods Pay attention to technique of suture,increase the strength of the tissue anti-tension ,decrease the intra-abdominal pressure,avoid and manage dehiscence risk factors during preoperative and postoperative care. Result It prevented dehiscence of abdominal incisions effectively. Conclusion Decline of incidence rate of dehiscence can increase the success rate of abdominal operation and decrease the mortality rate of it.
