摘要
目的:探讨子宫肌瘤手术方式。方法:对我院88例子宫肌瘤患者的症状进行分析、探讨。结果:88例患者中有子宫肌瘤相关症状者85例,占96.59%,手术方式以全子宫切30例、次全子宫切除30例、肌瘤剜出术15例,占73.05%。结论:手术方式应根据患者年龄及有无生育要求决定。并尽可能保留卵巢功能。
Objective To explore operation methods of uterine myomas. Methods The clinical datas of 88 patients with uterine leiomyomas were analysed.Results In 88 cases,85cases had clinical symptom(96.59%) The main surgical methods were total hysterectomy and part hysterectomy(73.05%). Conclusions The surgical method should be selected individually,preservaticon of ovary function is important.
