摘要
近年来,在我国一些地方的非公有制企业中,出现了由这些企业工人自主建立的工会组织,并且实行了工会组织负责人的直接选举,这是继农村村民自治和城市社区居民自治之后我国基层民主发展的又一个新动向。案例分析表明,非公有制企业工会组织的建立和工会直选,是工人维护自身利益的客观需要,是协调劳资关系、维护地方社会稳定的积极因素。非公有制企业工会组织的发展和工会直选对我国工会组织的改革与发展具有重要的启示,昭示了未来我国工会组织发展的新趋向。
In the recent years, there have been many labor unions established by the workers independently in the non-public ownership enterprises in some cities of China. The workers elected their leaders directly in these labor unions. This is a new trend of basic level democracy following village self-governance and city community residents' self-governance in China. Some case studies have revealed that the labor union elections in the non-public ownership enterprises work in the light of workers' interests, and it is a positive factor to concert the labor-capital relations and to keep the social stability. The development of labor unions in the non-public ownership enterprises and the unions' elections have offered very important enlightenment to the official labor union reform in China, it has indicated a new trend of labor unions' development.
