摘要 甘薯是世界上重要的粮食、饲料和工业原料作物,由于遗传改良进展缓慢,生物技术逐渐成为研究的热点,并应用于常规育种中去。对甘薯原生质体培养植株再生、利用原生质进行体细胞杂交和作为遗传工程受体的研究进行了综述。 Sweetpotato is a very important crop in the world for its being used as foodstuff, feedstuff, and material of industry. Biotechnology is a researching hotspot and is used to normal breeding on sweetpotato gradually for its slowly genetic improvement. It is reviewed on protoplast culture plant regeneration, somatic hybridization by protoplast, and protoplast as an acceptor of genetic engineering in this literature.
