摘要
由多元羧酸和手性 2 氨基 1 丁醇经由相应的多元酰胺醇缩合制备了 6个新型手性多唑啉 ,其结构经1HNMR谱、IR谱、MS谱和元素分析确证 ;并应用这些手性多唑啉配体 。
Six novel chiral multioxazoline ligands were synthesized from multiple acids and chiral 2-amino-1-butanol via the corresponding multi-beta-hydroxylamide as successive intermediates, and their chemical structures were determined by H-1 NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. With these novel chiral multi-oxazoline ligands, the asymmetric reductive reaction of acetophenone in KBH4 or NaBH4 was preliminarily studied.
