广西柳江县学生食堂的卫生现状及对策

On the hygienic Status of Dining halls in Liujiang County of Guangxi Province

目的 掌握柳江县学生食堂的卫生现状 ,为制订办好农村学生食堂的措施提供对策。方法 对全县 38家学生食堂的分区布局、建筑卫生、卫生设施、一般卫生条件、卫生管理以及从业人员的个人卫生等 ,方面进行现场调查。结果 82 .10 %的学校建立了食堂卫生组织领导机构和食堂卫生管理制度 ;大部分学生食堂从业人员的个人卫生意识已得到逐步提高 ;投入了一定的经费用于食堂卫生设施的建设。但是绝大部分学生食堂在分区布局、建筑卫生以及卫生设施等方面还不符合要求 ,36 .80 %的学生食堂卫生管理制度落实不到位。结论 要办好学生食堂 ,政府加大投入是前提和基础 ,卫生、教育部门加强监督和管理是关键 。

Objective In order to know hygienic status of school in Liujiang county,and to find out countermeasures.Methods Survey the hygienic status in 38 school dining halls, including the layout,building sanitation ,sanitary equipment, general health conditions ,health management and personal hygiene of staffs, etc.Results Both health administrative organization and hygiene system were established in 82.10% school dininghalls; most staffs' consciousness of personal hygiene have been strengthening;money was used to improve sanitary equipment .But in most school dininghalls, the lay out ,building sanitation and sanitary equipment were not up to standards, hygiene system of 36.80% school dining halls were not carried out very well. Conclusion To run school dining halls and manage them well, the government should give more money,which is premise and basis. It is the key for hygiene and educational administrative department to intensify supervisor and management. It is pledge for staffs to improve their consciousness of personal hygiene.
