To Avoid Influence of Redundant Controller Halting by Software Configuration

通过分析1例DCS冗余控制器死机引起的装置停产事故,提出了1种适用于多数DCS的软件组态方法,使控制器在死机并重启后,各控制回路输出保持死机前状态,保证生产的正常进行。

By analyzing a shutdown accident caused by halting of DCS' redundant controller,a software configuration method,which might be commonly used in most kind of DCS system,is represented.It enables the control loop to maintain its output during the controller halting and rebooting process without affecting normal production.
