摘要
以水资源系统工程的理论及方法为出发点,分析国内外水资源配置模拟模型研究现状及存在问题,探讨其基本原理,阐述其系统构成及其各专项模型的原理及求解方法等。同时,对生态环境需水量理论进行研究,提出合理、实用的生态环境需水量计算方法。最后以Mikebasin水资源规划及管理专业软件为平台,将理论研究的成果具体应用于建立东江流域水资源配置模拟模型。
According to the theory and method about water resources system engineering and on the basis of analizing the status quo and existing problems of research on simulation model of water resources allocation at home and abroad. The authors discussed its basic principle and elaborated the constituents of the system and principle and solving methods for each speciality model. At the same time , the theory about ecological environment water demands was studied and rational and practical methods on calculating the ecological environment water demands were put forward.Finally, using universal water resources plan and management speciality software Mikebasin as tools, results of theoretical research were applied to establish the simulation model of water resources allocation for the East River Basin.
