Western nations have accumulated abundant experiences in administrating state-owned property, Based on the comparison of foreign state-owned property administrating modes, it would offer beneficial illumination to deepen its reformation. This paper analyzes state-owned property administrating system in Chinese thoroughly, and puts forward some measures that we should adopted to deepen the reformation nowadays.
