摘要
20世纪90年代兴起的海外子公司网络嵌入理论对跨国公司投资区位选址和子公司自治行为产生重要的影响。对于引资落后地区,政府在战略规划和优化投资环境的相关政策、措施中,需要高度重视跨国公司对当地商业网络的需求,而当地企业也应创造条件主动进入海外子公司网络,增强向跨国公司学习的溢出效果,提高地区引资绩效。
The theory of overseas subsidiary's network embeddedness rising in the 1990s causes an important influence on the TNC's investing location choice and the future autonomy of its subsidiary. For the undeveloped areas in attracting foreign capital, the government needs to pay close attention to the cultivation of local business environment in the relevant policy about strategy planning and investment environment optimization. And meanwhile, local enterprises should also create conditions to enter the overseas subsidiaries' networks actively for enhancing overflowing effect of learning from the TNCs and increasing the effect of actracting foreign capital.
