摘要
本文从全球化、知识管理、学习型组织、全面质量管理四个方面研究公共人力资源管理发展的新趋势,并对新形势下我国公共人力资源建设提出战略性的建议。
The new tendency of the development of public human resources management is studied here in terms of globalization, knowledge management, learning organizations, and total quality management, and after that,strategic suggestions on our nation's public human resources construction under new environment are also put forward.
