企业绩效变化的分形研究

Fractal Research on Enterprise Performance

企业绩效变化的趋势与规律对于企业管理有着重要的意义。根据分形理论的时间序列分析法,对企业绩效变化的时间序列进行了研究;判断了绩效变化曲线的分形特征,给出了相应的计算程序;用分形理论描述了企业绩效变化的情况及其有关分形的一系列指数,据此可进一步预测与评价。

The analysis of the changes of enterprise performance is inportant to the management. This paper studies the changes of enterprise performance by using the theory of fractal. The author judges whether the curve of performance has fractal character or not and calculates the index that relates to fractal character.
