摘要
工程招投标是市场经济条件下工程承发包交易的主要方式。工程招投标价格是建筑产品的市场价格,从经济学的角度探讨工程招投标交易方式在建筑产品价格形成中的功能是一个重要的理论问题。运用经济学中的供求模型、博弈模型分析了建筑市场上工程招投标价格形成的机制,指出我国建筑产品价格市场化进程中存在的问题及原因,并依据博弈论的激励机制设计原则,提出了我国工程招投标机制的对策。
As a main dealing method of project contracting in the market economy, project biding entails the market price of construction products. It is an important theory to discuss the functions of dealing mode of project biding in price forming of construction products from economic viewpoint. In this paper we analyze the price forming mechanism with the supply-demand model and game model, and point out the problems and causes of construction products price in the process of marketing. At last, we put forward the countermeasures of project biding system.
