鉴定人制度作为司法鉴定制度的一个重要组成部分,其合理性是保证鉴定结论正确的一个重要条件,是在审判活动中正确运用鉴定结论的保障。本文旨在运用制度经济学的理论、模型以及制度分析的方法考察我国司法鉴定人制度的变迁、存在的问题,并在此基础上提出几点建议。
