摘要
介绍了新型光电位置敏感器件 PSD的工作原理、适用范围及其信号检测与处理电路 ,提出了一种基于 PSD检测系统及其在空间同轴度测量中的实现方法 .实验结果表明 :检测系统测量精度高、可靠 。
A new type of photoelectricity position sensitive detector(PSD) is introduced in the article including working mechanism, usable scope, signal detection and processing circuit. A metrical system and a method of special coaxiality based on PSD are brought forward. The result of experiment indicates that the metrical credibility has high precision and credibility, and it can meet metrical demand of coaxiality in engineering.
